FAQ
Questions before you order
Files, dates, revisions, payment and rights.
Something missing? Ask us.
What files do I send?
Your own 3D model at true scale: SketchUp (.skp), Revit, Rhino, 3ds Max, FBX or OBJ. CAD (.dwg) or PDF drawings and reference images are for guidance only. Our listed packages do not include model building; if you have no model, request a quote and we price modelling separately.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated time is 5–7 working days for a single image and 2–3 weeks for a 5-image set. The clock starts when your files are complete and the payment has arrived. Your invoice shows the expected date.
How many revisions are included?
Two rounds for exterior images and 5-image sets; one round for interior images. Send your comments together, once per round.
How do I pay?
Wise or international bank transfer. Payment details are sent with your invoice. Single images: 100% when you order. 5-image sets: 50% when you order and 50% before we release the original files. Prices are in USD, excl. VAT; tax treatment is confirmed at quotation.
Who owns the images?
Once you have paid in full, you may use the final images commercially without time limit. SAS keeps the source and scene files. By default we may show the images in our portfolio; tick “Opt out of portfolio use” when you order, at no change in price.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. Tick “I need an NDA” on the order form and we will sign before you send files. We do not share your files outside SAS and delete them after 12 months.
Can you work under our studio’s name?
Yes. We work white-label: under your name, under your NDA, delivering files you present as your own.
Can I pay to a company bank account?
Yes, if your accounting requires it, tell us in the order notes and we will send company bank details with the invoice.
Do you refund?
If we have not started work, we refund 100%. Once work has started we do not refund, except when the fault is ours (wrong scale, wrong approved camera, broken files); then we redo the work or refund the affected part.
Do you use AI?
Some steps use AI-assisted tools. An SAS architect checks every image before it reaches you.
Which time zone do you work in?
Vietnam (ICT, UTC+7). We reply as soon as possible during Vietnam business hours.
Who can order?
Business customers: architects, developers, designers and studios. For the EU and UK we work business-to-business only.
Do you design as well?
Yes. SAS is also an architecture practice. Ask us about design work.
