Terms of service

1. Who we work with

We sell to business customers only. By ordering you confirm you act for a business. For customers in the EU and UK we work business-to-business only.

2. Scope

Listed packages render images from a 3D model you supply at true scale. Drawings and references are for guidance. Model building, animation, 360° work, extra revision rounds and rush dates are quoted separately. We do not redesign plans or alter another designer’s work without written permission, and we do not render from blurred photos.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in USD, excluding VAT; tax treatment is confirmed at quotation. Single images are paid 100% when you order. The 5-image set is paid 50% when you order and 50% before we release the original files. Payment is by Wise or international bank transfer against our invoice; payment details are sent with the invoice only. If you receive payment details from any other source, check with us before paying. Work starts when your files are complete and the payment has arrived.

4. Dates

Delivery times are estimates: 5–7 working days for a single image and 2–3 weeks for a 5-image set, counted from complete files and payment. Vietnamese public holidays move the dates.

5. Revisions

Exterior images and 5-image sets include 2 revision rounds; interior images include 1. Comments are sent together, once per round. Minor changes (colours, materials, planting, existing furniture, light, retouching) are included. Major changes (new camera or view, building form or plan, setting, replaced model after approval) are a new order or a separate quote.

6. Ownership and portfolio use

Once paid in full, you may use the final images commercially without time limit. SAS keeps the source and scene files. Until payment is complete you may view drafts only. SAS may show the images in its portfolio unless you opt out when ordering; opting out does not change the price.

7. Your materials

You confirm you have the right to use the drawings, models and references you send. We keep your files confidential, do not share them outside SAS, and delete them 12 months after delivery. We sign your NDA on request.

8. Refunds

If we have not started work, we refund 100%. Once work has started we do not refund, except when the fault is ours (for example wrong scale, a camera different from the approved one, or broken files); then we redo the work or refund the affected part.

9. Complaints

Tell us within 7 days of receiving the final files at info@sangstudio.net.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Vietnam. Disputes are resolved where SAS Vietnam is registered, in Da Nang.
