How it works

How a render goes from your model to your client’s inbox.

You send your model (SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, 3ds Max, FBX or OBJ, at true scale), with CAD or PDF drawings and references for guidance. We confirm scope and price, check your model and cameras, and show you a draft before any polish.

1. Brief

   Choose a package and the number of images. Send a link to your model at true scale, CAD (.dwg) or PDF drawings for reference, 3–10 reference images for materials, planting and light, and the camera views you want, marked on a plan or a screenshot. Tell us day or night, and what the images are for.

2. Quote and payment

   For listed packages the price is fixed by the table on the pricing page. We email an invoice: 100% for single images, 50% for the 5-image set. Wise or international bank transfer. Payment details are sent with your invoice. You receive a confirmation with your order reference, the person handling your job and the expected dates.

3. Model check

   Before rendering, we check the model you supplied: scale, materials and camera positions. If something needs fixing, we tell you what and where. Model building is not part of the listed packages; no model, request a quote.

4. Draft and revisions

   You see a lower-resolution draft and send your comments together. Exterior images and 5-image sets include 2 revision rounds; interior images include 1.

5. Final files

   Once you approve, we prepare the final files. For the 5-image set, the remaining 50% is due before we release the originals. Then you download high-resolution JPG or PNG files.

The delivery clock starts when your files are complete and the payment has arrived, not when the form is sent.
