Delivery dates you can plan around.
Every invoice shows an expected date. Here is what to expect.

Estimated times count from the day your files are complete and the payment has arrived, in Vietnam working days (ICT, UTC+7). Vietnamese public holidays, including Tết (late January or February), move the dates; your invoice shows them.
What a revision round covers
Send your comments together, once per round.
Minor changes are inside the revision rounds: colours and materials, planting, furniture already in the scene, light adjustments and retouching. Layout, camera and building form stay as approved.
Major changes are a new order or a separate quote: a new camera or view, changes to the building form or plan, a new setting, or a replaced model after the views are approved.

Rush jobs
Ask through the form. We accept a rush date only when the schedule allows, and confirm it in writing before you pay.
Problems after delivery
Tell us within 7 days of receiving the final files. If the fault is ours, we fix it.
