What we collect

Through the order form: your name, email, company (optional), VAT or ABN ID (optional), the package, number of images, whether your model is ready, a link to your files, what the images are for, a preferred date, your order notes, your choices on NDA and portfolio use, your confirmations, the campaign tags in the link you arrived from (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign), and how long the form took to fill in (a spam check). We do not ask for card details.

Why

To reply to you, prepare a quote or invoice, and do the work you ordered. Our basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and performing the contract.

Where it is stored

Order requests are stored in Google Firebase (Realtime Database, Singapore region), operated by Google. Only the SAS owner account can read them. We do not send them to any other service. Your project files stay on the service you link to (for example Google Drive or WeTransfer) until we download them for the job.

Cookies and analytics

This site counts visits itself, without cookies: each page view adds one to a daily counter for that page, together with the kind of site you came from (for example “google” or “linkedin”). Clicks on the quote button, the order form and the WhatsApp button are counted the same way. Nothing is stored in your browser for this, and no IP address, device ID or other personal data is kept. Visits from automated browsers (bots and test tools) are not counted. The counters are stored in Google Firebase with the order requests.

We do not use Google Analytics at the moment. If we switch it on later, it will load only after you click Accept in a cookie banner; you could change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of each page.

Chat assistant (Sia)

Sia is an AI assistant, not a person. When you chat with Sia we process what you type, and any contact details you choose to share (name, email, phone or WhatsApp, project details), so Sia can reply and pass your request to SAS. Your messages are sent to Anthropic (Claude) to generate replies, stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore), and a summary is forwarded to the SAS team by a private message. Please do not share card details or sensitive personal data in the chat. Sia gives no prices or commitments; SAS replies to you directly. Your browser stores two small settings (whether Sia has already greeted you in this session, and whether you closed the greeting) so it does not repeat. We keep chat records only as long as needed to reply and prepare a quote, and delete them when you ask.

How long we keep it

Project files: deleted 12 months after delivery. Order records: as long as needed for invoicing and accounting under Vietnamese law.

Your rights

Email info@sangstudio.net to see, correct or delete your data, or to object to its use. We delete what we are not required to keep.
