What you get

Payment and refunds

Single images: 100% when you order. 5-image set: 50% when you order and 50% before we release the original files. Wise or international bank transfer. Payment details are sent with your invoice.

If we have not started work, we refund 100%. Once work has started we do not refund, except when the fault is ours; then we redo the work or refund the affected part. Full terms.

Do you have a ready 3D model?

SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, 3ds Max, FBX or OBJ. Without a model we quote model building separately.

Camera views, day or night, or “send company bank details” if your accounting needs it.

Terms

After you send, we email an invoice, or a quote if the job needs one. Wise or international bank transfer. Payment details are sent with your invoice. No card payment on this site.
